Notational Velocity
NOTATIONAL VELOCITY is an application that stores and retrieves notes.

Contre toute attente, les abeilles ont fait des villes un de leurs terrains de butinage préférés. Goûter au miel urbain, voire se lancer dans sa propre production, devient accessible au plus grand nombre.
Les ruches sont par-dessus les toits… On en trouve aussi bien au sommet de l’Opéra de Paris ou de Lille, qu’au-dessus du Théâtre du Merlan à Marseille, ou du Grand Palais à Paris. Certaines ont même été érigées à proximité des pistes de l’aéroport de Roissy. Les apiculteurs auraient-ils perdu la tête pour installer leurs abeilles dans des espaces aussi urbanisés ? Pas du tout. C’est au contraire pour les sauver qu’ils ont multiplié les ruches citadines sur des bâtiments publics et des entreprises. Dans les campagnes, les engrais et pesticides, ajoutés à la diminution de la biodiversité, menacent en effet lourdement ces insectes. Or leur raréfaction pourrait causer de sérieux problèmes de pollinisation de diverses espèces végétales. L’Union nationale des apiculteurs a donc alerté l’opinion publique en 2005. Et l’opération a tellement bien marché qu’elle se poursuit. Les abeilles sont en effet très à l’aise en ville et s’avèrent être de surcroît un excellent baromètre écologique de la qualité de l’environnement.
